About
With a background in process improvement, employee engagement, change management, and operational efficiency, I love on identifying opportunities for growth and implementing practical solutions.
Working in continuous improvement, I’ve served on projects that enhance delivery operations, improve manufactured inventory management, waste reduction efforts. Gaining experience in customer service and dispatching operations has further honed my ability to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about serving my family, community engagement, coaching individuals at my local rock climbing gym, and I love to sing!
Whether improving business processes or contributing to the community in other ways, I’m dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
I absolutely love to travel—there’s nothing quite like the thrill of exploring a new place, stepping away from the familiar, and embracing the unknown. I was blessed to spend about four months in Australia during my undergraduate degree in a study abroad program, an experience that deepened my appreciation for adventure and cultural discovery.
Some of my favorite destinations include Iceland, New Zealand, Belgium (because, let’s be honest, the chocolate shops in Brussels are divine!), and Rothenburg, Germany with its fairytale charm.
One of my new favorite places is Alaska, with its breathtaking landscapes and rugged beauty. I’m always drawn to waterfalls, the northern lights, and stunning mountain ranges—there's something about the beauty of God's creation that just feeds my soul.
For me, travel is more than just visiting new places. It's about gaining perspective, broadening my horizons, and discovering new ways of thinking. On several occasions I've been able to have some of my very best friends (aka siblings and my father) join me on several amazing adventures. Travel provides opportunites for connection like nothing else! There’s something truly exhilarating about being a complete stranger somewhere new—where anything can happen!
